What items can be returned?

Foods and Supplements

You can return any UNOPENED product for a full refund (minus the standard cost of shipping the original order to you) within 14 days of purchase. If a product was OPENED and you just couldn't stomach the flavour or had an adverse reaction, then you are welcome to return it to us (at your cost) for a store credit (minus the original shipping cost). These products include:

  • Noway – Must have 5 (or less serves) used.

  • Oils – Must have 4 (or less serves) used.

  • GutRight – Must have 3 (or less serves) used.

  • Amino acids – Must have 3 or less serves used.

  • Capsulated products – Must have less than 10% used.

Sauna and HYPOXI Sessions

Samples or Free Gifts with Purchase

Samples and/or gifts with purchase cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Please Notice: all items need to be in original packaging for returns.

 

Your products damaged or incorrect?

If the shipping carrier has broken something, please contact us immediately to organise you a replacement.

For any orders that claim to have missing products, we will conduct a full investigation. If we are found to be liable you will be sent replacement products. Please note that no refunds will be given.
